Questions

Why do I need my own AI key?: Agents run on Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI with a key you create with them. You pay your provider directly for what you use, at their prices, and you can set a monthly cap in Task5. Most people spend a few pounds a month.
How does the free trial work?: Pro and Business start with 14 days free. We ask for a card so the subscription can continue without a gap; cancel any time in the first 14 days and you won't be charged. Each person and card gets one trial.
Is the founding member price really for life?: Yes. Enter FOUNDER at checkout and Pro costs £3.99 a month for as long as your subscription stays active. It's limited to the first 100 customers, and the discount ends if that subscription is cancelled.
What happens if I stop paying?: Your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: ventures stop running their departments and extra connections stop syncing new items until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel or switch plans?: Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
Will agents send emails or spend money for me?: No. Connections are read-only. Agents write drafts, plans and pull requests; sending, paying, ordering and deploying are always done by you.
